What is included in an AGNT.CENTER service agreement?

Service agreements cover the scope of AI agent deployment, maintenance cadence, support response times, and billing terms. All terms are agreed upon before service begins, with no hidden fees or automatic upsells.

Can I cancel my AGNT.CENTER subscription?

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Annual plans are non-refundable but service continues through the end of the paid period. Cancellation requests go to support@agnt.center.

What happens to my agent infrastructure if I cancel?

Upon cancellation, you receive a full handoff document including all agent configurations, prompts, and credentials. Your infrastructure is yours — AGNT.CENTER does not lock you in or hold your data hostage.

Service structure

AGNT.CENTER provides infrastructure, setup, tuning, consultation, and optional maintenance services as described on the relevant package pages. Each service type has a distinct scope and deliverable set. Review the applicable package page before purchase. If scope is unclear, request a consultation first.

What recurring infrastructure fees cover

Infrastructure fees cover the infrastructure layer and related service positioning stated on the package page. They do not automatically include setup work, tuning, custom development, or all model usage unless the selected package explicitly includes those elements.

Managed AI Infrastructure — infrastructure + managed operation. Runs on our systems. Billed monthly, 6-month, or annually.
Private AI Infrastructure — infrastructure layer positioned around client control. Billed monthly, 6-month, or annually.
Annual plans are discounted compared with monthly and 6-month billing options.

One-time services

Setup Intensive — deployment, environment setup, channel connections, and launch preparation. One-time.
Performance Tuning — post-launch tuning, workflow optimisation, and performance review. One-time.
Launch Bundle — Setup Intensive + Performance Tuning combined. One-time.
Year 1 Managed Launch Bundle — Full first year of Managed Infrastructure + Setup + Tuning. One-time charge; infrastructure renews annually at the standard Managed rate after year one.

Client responsibilities

Provide accurate scope information during consultation and setup
Provide client-owned API keys if that operating model is selected
Review package fit before purchase — or request consultation first if unsure
Engage promptly during onboarding phases to avoid delays

Support and maintenance limits

Maintenance Add-On covers minor support, operational assistance, and small fixes. It is not an unlimited support plan, a custom engineering retainer, or a substitution for tuning or setup work, unless separately agreed in writing.

Payments and renewals

Recurring packages renew based on the billing plan selected. Clients are responsible for managing their subscription through Whop. Annual plans lock in the discounted rate for the billing period. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not generate refunds for the current billing period unless required by applicable law.

Limitations

AGNT.CENTER is not liable for third-party platform outages, API availability issues, changes to external model pricing, or business outcomes dependent on AI system performance. Service delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on scope complexity and client responsiveness.

These terms govern the relationship between buyers and AGNT.CENTER for all services listed on this site. By purchasing a package, you agree to these terms. They may be updated; the current version will always be published at this URL.
